[Feature] MSSQL and Azure support

Since Microsoft products are widely used, would be nice to see the support here. :)

I never worked with those products, so I don't think I'll be able to implement support for them, but of course, I'm open to contributions and PRs 😄

I've done some research and looks like, to support other providers, we need to use JDBC/ODBC in libdba. That's the case for MSSQL databases.

It would be excellent, I in linux depend on Azure Data Studio and DataGrip, but I would love Sequeler to support MSSQL.
