Can you please tell me how to adjust or combine 2 items_game.txt file?

Hi bro, I found another mods with some very great impact, but I cant combine 2 mods together due to the different of the items_game.txt. So how do I combine or mix the different of both file to keep the best of each mod? Thanks a lot
