Dota crashes after every update

I've used this skinchanger for quite a while, though i've encountered some weird bug in the last week or so.

Seems like it's something to do with effects, but i dont have any of them, i only use stock skins, creeps and towers, no custom models or something like that

After it crashes like that, Dota checks cache integrity, i inject skins again, and it works until another update comes out.

Has anyone encountered this issue?

Crashes stopped for rn, gonna wait for a couple of days and then close it myself

Having the same issue, happens after every small update/patch

Make it a practice to inject after every update because they might have added new items, changed item references, changed filenames etc.. Even if you cant see these things they might be there. That is why when you open the tool the first thing you see above Inject all Active ID's is "Always Relaunch this Tool and Reinject all item sets everytime DOTA2 has an Update with Newly Arrived Items".
