Can't import/export (no permission)

On my old phone I have version 2.0 beta3, from F-Droid and import/export works On my new phone i can't install from F-Droid so i use the version in github releases, and i couldn't import. it’s not like issue #79 The app doesn't have files permission, and it doesn’t ask for it, so it can't write to files. I looked in app info and there is no permission at all, whether authorized or unauthorized (which also means not asked yet). In version 2 beta 3 there are the following permissions:

• music and audio
• photos and videos
• notifications
