Wishlist button does not appear

Often, when I'm trying to add a movie/series to my wishlist, the "add a movie review" button will show instead of the "add a movie to my wishlist" button in the bottom right

I just tried to reproduce, but I am a little bit confused. Is it just the wrong icon or the wrong action too ?
