Material style headings use bad contrast (black on dark blue)

in "Material" style all title bars (= also in the settings dialog) have the wrong color (black instead of white)

Note that the light/system mode uses black text. Dark mode uses white text. Looking at it, I would probably prefer white text in both modes.
