Console output becomes slow if many messages are displayed

The console output inside the expert becomes slow if many messages are displayed. This is a issue on low powered device like Android phones and Intel Atom CPUs.

I can't reproduce this issue for now, so I'm closing it.

This issue happens most likely on Android. Maybe because the low processing power of mobile phones. This needs improved definitely. As a small workaround I added a warning message when using the console view under Android (https://github.com/AlbrechtL/welle.io/commit/7a72eb1b267c85426bae3d6d95fe2ede1ea5c738).
