As #1 please try this without any other resources installed and report back. If it still does not work, please include screenshots of your graphics settings

@dmanbob possibly a conflicting resource? Are you able to try with all other scripts disabled?

@dmanbob possible that the ESX framework intercepts the command somehow? I don't use it so wouldn't know unfortunately.
