Populate DB - Add Event Cover Photos and User Avatars to Scripts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Need to populate the user documents with avatar images as well as populate event cover photos with images.

Describe the solution you'd like Research and utilize a random photo generator that can be used to populate the proper fields in the documents.

Describe alternatives you've considered Keep as is with the default images.
