Let user decide if the data should be saved in CSV

At the moment, OHLC and fundamental data are saved into CSV files after they are downloaded from Stooq. The update of the data happens once a day (at 8 pm). This should be configurable.

Add:

  • switch for saving data to CSV
  • possibility for setting update time
  • documentation with an explanation why it is preferred to save data to CSV
