unable to move game window to different screens

im trying to move window to my LG tv and play fullscreen but game just forces window on main screen...

shift + windows key + right or left arrow to move fullscreen apps to the other monitor.

@snouz i figured out this temporary fix for this thanks to your response on my issue. Wanted to share it here so @resinate can start playing on their main monitor asap.
