New Audio Backend (SoLoud)

Replace SdLib audio backend with with a custom version of Soloud (https://github.com/SamsamTS/Memoria-SoLoud). SdLib can still be selected as a backend in Memori.ini.

SoLoud brings better audio quality. Everything sounds so much better, music, sound effects, etc...

SoLoud doesn't have pitch control. SdLib uses pitch to play audio correctly but turns out to not be necessary with SoLoud. It could however be added through filters but there is really no need for it (for parity at least).

It could also allow us to apply filters like echo and reverb in the future.
