[BUG] Missing initial selection cursor on card discard box.

For the Card menu, there is an option in the INI file to remove the "Auto" option, leaving just yes or no which I prefer. However, it seems since the UI has a default selection for the "Auto" option, when it is off you have to move the dpad or stick for the selection cursor to appear. When you do, "Yes" is always selected first.

I feel, if the ini auto setting is set to 0, the cursor should show up and be on the "no" option by default.
