Comments not send by email

When creating a new issue an email is send correctly. If somebody adds a comment, no email is send out. Which configuration might be wrong to cause this?

Make sure the "From Address" is set in your Email configuration. When that is set, it should send email correctly, as long as your server is configured to send email.
