Process-agnostic core

The current Phproject core is built around a Scrum model, which works great for some companies but isn't as flexible as it could be. The core should be rebuilt to be process-agnostic, and the Scrum functionality should be implemented as a plugin. Along with this, we should introduce a Kanban plugin to support the companies and users that require that workflow.
