Allow only view for public to issues/projects etc

How i can allow anyone to view my issues/tasks without logging in? And without demo access(when anyone can create task/issue/etc)

That is currently still being developed in the guest-access branch. The code there is nearly working, but is a bit out of date with more recent changes to the project, so it may be a little while before it's ready.
