New burndown

We'll keep the existing hour-based burndown functionality, but we'll be adding a per-task burndown based on the number of open and closed tasks each day. We can also add a goal status such as "QA Approved" to track an additional true completion metric after close for multi-step workflows.

Additionally, the existing burndown should be rewritten to use the remaining hours from the start of each day, and use the planned hours for the first day.
