Bug board

Similar to the taskboard, a bug board would be a useful feature. The board should group bugs by priority rather than by project, and should allow drag-and-drop to change priority and status.

It may be beneficial to rewrite the JS of the existing taskboard to be more dynamic, making this new board an easier addition, and greatly increasing the simplicity of adding more boards like this in the future.
