Add a licence
Without a licence people are not allowed to use it. Consider adding a licence.
I'd like to second this request.
As-is, the code is legally copyrighted to you (per the Geneva Convention and I assume US copyright law; note: IANAL, nothing here constitutes legal advice) and thus cannot be used in other projects. Technically speaking, I'm not sure anyone's even allowed to fork the code without a license. See: https://opensource.stackexchange.com/questions/1154
Personally, based on your blog posts (e.g. https://alanquatermain.me/programming/swiftui/2019-11-15-CoreData-and-bindings/) I'm guessing you're intending the code to be available for anyone to use, so I'd suggest either Public Domain or BSD/MIT.
Also, since the legality of forking is a little ambiguous here (and it's kinda minor for a full pull-request) I wanted to mention there is a typo in OptionalBinding.swift on line 73: In the sample code it says "replacingWithNil" instead of "replacingNilWith".
Two years and still no license.
