Designating a card as banned

Ability to designate a card in my collection as banned, limited, or semi-limited

This means I keep the card, but it's marked in a 🚫 or lim-1, lim-2, and the most important part, pressing "Download Banlist" accounts for this

This is mostly meant for formats where the banlist may change, or you may have the right to trade banned cards for benefits etc...

This is also a direct request to increase the support for my Dueling Book Extension, which enables copying a banlist from clipboard.
