Enchant charges add 5% instead of 1%

Currently, using failstack charges on your weapon increases the success chance by a number between 4 and 10, depending on the enchant level. According to footage I found, failstack charges are meant to always increase the enchant success chance by 1% each, independant of enchant level. https://youtu.be/G1uGav_o3SY?t=556

Enchant charges allow success chance to go above 100%

Currently, using failstack charges on your weapon allow you to go above the 100% limit. According to the tooltip, that is not supposed to happen, and the chance is meant to always hard cap on 100%.

Each time you fail to enchant an item, that item will gain enchantment charges.

  • Failing +10: 1 Charge
  • Failing +11: 2 Charges
  • Failing +12: 3 Charges
  • Failing +13: 4 Charges
  • Failing +14: 4 Charges
  • Failing +15: 5 Charges
  • You can spend enchantment charges to increase the success chance of future enchantments up to 100%. Spent enchantment charges will be consumed regardless of whether or not the enchant succeeds.
