Gnome-terminal undocks when switching workspaces

If Gnome-terminal is docked (state=vertmaximized) in a workspace and we switch away, egmde hides the window (state=hidden)

When no longer "vertmaximized", gnome-terminal restores and resizes the window (state=restored).

As a result, when returning to the workspace, gnome-terminal is undocked.
