3.5mm combo headphone jack not recognized

The 3.5mm combo headphone jack is not recognized in this driver. No errors nothing just doesn't show the device anywhere. Only the laptop speaker works. My laptop is a Dell G5 SE AMD Ryzen 4600H. Installing the generic Optimus driver recognizes the headphones but not the mic.

I uninstalled them and went to default realtek i'll do this and report back

Would this be similar reason my splitter for speakers and headphones not working?
