No audio output, failed to play test tone when testing

Failed to play Test Tone. No audio from either speaker. Went through DDU and DriverStoreExplorer first as well.

I have AAF DCH Optimus Audio Speakers and Headphones showing up, but can't get any audio out.

I feel stupid, but I can't figure out what I must have done wrong.

z790 Apex ROG ASUS motherboard which uses Realtek ALC 4080 Codec I think.
