Plugin feature request: Add support for Mi Scale

Currently, the data of the Mi Scale are readout in 9 Byte, hiding the measured weight. See: https://github.com/oliexdev/openScale/wiki/Xiaomi-Bluetooth-Mi-Scale

Only the stabilized bit and weight would be required.
