I faced the same issue. I don't explain why yet. But after requiring ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, it works

I personally use `SortedList`(https://developer.android.com/reference/android/support/v7/util/SortedList) in my `SectioningAdapter` (one for each section)

kqueue is the BSD/Os X equivalent for Linux epoll, so yes it should solved your problem if you are running mac os x or a BSD OS

It worked well for me. After some iterm2 settings update, it does not work anymore. i can't figure out witch settings change this behaviour -_-
