[BUG] Setting default brightness and contrast in Image processing settings doesn't work

What happened?

Brightness and Contrast in Settings -> Operations -> Image processing settings have no effect. When I set brightness and contrast in there I expect them to automatically be applied to all new scans but they're not. Setting a transformation (e.g. whitepaper) does work correctly.

@jgonera sorry to hear that. I tested here and it works fine. Would you mind sharing a video of the issue? from settings the values in settings to scanning a document and seeing it not applied? THanks
