Scroll to top not working properly.

Describe the bug The scroll to top button is not working properly in about us page. It is being overridden by the content of the page and it is not being visible properly and not clickable.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Home page'
  2. Click on 'Navbar' and goto Aboutus page.
  3. Scroll down.
  4. See error

Expected behavior The button should always be on the content and should not be overrode.
