Please add the option to mix and match guard components

Please add the option to mix and match guard components. For example: {filename}_{extension}_{uuid}

I have the exact same request. There are already 3 options of header guard and another option can be the combination of filename and guid. Just the GUID header guard doesn't give the confidence that it is unique because we do not really know. Filename based header guard has the same problem. But the combination of both will be great.

To elaborate: it might have been copy-pasted from another header.
