I can see some gifs that open some searchable lists with entries like "Insert or update C++ include guard". But there's no explanation how to open this list.

Hi! If this is still relevant: vs code command palette can be opened via Ctrl+Shift+P (by default I think) and you just start typing "include" for example and see if the results come up match your needs. (typically something along the lines of "insert or update include guards")
