Support for image captions

This theme doesnt seem to act that kindly to image captions atm

Note, this is different to #134 as this is asking for support for Alan Grainger's image captions instead of Bicarlsen's.

Alan's captions can be configured with .image-captions-figure and .image-captions-caption css classes

Unable to reproduce, image captions plugin seems to be working well in my environment. Could you please try again in a sandbox vault?
