Add more advanced graphics options.

The game unfortunately doesn't let you see all the available options in the settings menu. Some of the best features I've found while looking through the 1.5 devkit's GM menu include low, medium and high Bloom options, the ability to disable outlines, and high refresh rate (which already exists). Plus there were the more wacky options for developers like View Modes, and disabling environmental elements such as water and grass.
