Could you please provide the full requirements in requirement.txt for easier running your code?

I wonder, did you manage to run the code/do something with it? I am also having some issues and don't know how to approach them.

I think that https://pypi.org/project/khmer-nltk/ is missing, so that I could not run the code properly
