[FR] Prevent lyrics scroller from resetting when song is paused

The lyrics scroller currently resets its offset after some delay from the user interaction, even when the song isn’t playing. It should remain static until playback resumes.

note to self: unless when skipping song or maybe seeking, then it should scroll even when paused

while playing, if next line less than <2s or something idk away, then wait for it instead of scrolling for current line
