[FR] consider replacing ReplayGain DRC with a RMS limiter instead of a peak limiter

The current limiter/compressor works fine, but DynamicProcessing uses RMS instead of peak (and I can't change it), so maybe I should use a RMS one too for consistency? Or I don't bother? Can you even hear the difference?
