[BUG] Contributors screen lacks landscape insets

Describe the bug The contributors page has its appbar and list in the camera cutout area which leads to inconsistent app look compared to the rest of the app's appbars and lists

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the contributors screen
2. Rotate your phone

Expected behavior The appbar and list should have camera cutout insets so as to not get hidden by cutout
