[FR] toggle button to show/not show traduction of lyrics

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. On gramophone, it supports show lyrics translation, ok? why isn't there a button to not show translations?

Describe the solution you'd like Add a button in "Now Playing" screen, When you click on it, the translation of the lyrics disappears, but if you click again, the translation of the lyrics will appear again

just curious, why do your lyrics have translation in the data if you don't want to see it?
