[FR] Hot reload modified LRC and embedded lyrics without switching tracks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When .lrc files or embedded lyrics are modified while a song is playing, the changes aren’t reflected until the user switches to another track and back. This makes editing or syncing lyrics inconvenient.

Describe the solution you'd like Automatically detect and reload updated .lrc or embedded lyrics during playback, without requiring a track change.

Describe alternatives you've considered Manually closing and reopening the lyrics view also solves the issue.

Additional context Useful for users who actively edit or sync lyrics while listening.
