[BUG] rapid track changes over Bluetooth crashes BT stack

Describe the bug When switching tracks quickly with a Bluetooth device (car, headphones, etc) "the Bluetooth app keeps stopping" and will disconnect.

To Reproduce Connect Bluetooth headphones and change tracks one after another with the library shuffling

Expected behavior For it to not crash my bt stack lmao
