[FR] Separate multi disk albums with a small text divider

Just a simple text or a separater bar between different CDs/Disks in the album list view that. A good album to test this would be The Weeknd - Trilogy which is just three different mixtapes put together.

I remember some other players doing it so if i find screenshots ill add in the next comment.
