[FR] Stop Playback When Cleared from Recents

Hi. Currently on realme ui 5 can we have these options?

A close button is currently not planned, stopping playback when clearing from recents will be added in the future

need check if we are affected by DeadObjectException when doing playback resumption when adding this feature: https://github.com/androidx/media/issues/1557
