Add Prefix dynamic parameter to Select-Object when ExpandProperty and Property are specified.

This has been open for 5 years and is simple enough to address. Can this be looked into? Thanks.

Add Prefix dynamic parameter to Select-Object when ExpandProperty and Property are specified.

Maybe the prefix should be applied to properties coming from `-ExpandProperty` and this can be made more clear by naming the parameter `-ExpandedPrefix`?
