Deleting messages in Firefox navigates back

I'm accessing Z version 1.40.1 through https://web.telegram.org/z/ using Firefox 98.0.2 on Windows 10 x64. I've tried this in Chromium version 100.0.4896.60 and it doesn't happen.

I use @notesbot to store notes, then delete them once I've actioned them. Using the web interface, I right click the message, select 'Delete' and then 'Delete for me and notes'. On the second time deleting a message the page will navigate backwards one page.

This can easily be recreated by chatting with the bot, adding a few sample messages and then deleting them.
