[Bug] Pokemon Omega Ruby starter pokemon not getting randomized

I wanted to randomize omega ruby starters but they are not changing. This is only happening when i save the rom as .CXI file. It is working fine when i save it as LayeresFS file

System (please complete the following information):

  • Operating System: windows 11
  • Java Version: Version 8 Update 391
  • Randomizer Version: 4.6.0
