[Help] Attempting to Apply Patch to AP Patched Pokemon Black ROM

I'm attempting to play a Black ROM on Twilight Menu with impossible evolutions removed, but once I apply the AP Patch to the ROM using the DS Scene ROM Tool I get an unhandled exception when trying to randomize.

Using Windows 7 and Randomizer version 2030 error_2023-08-07-01-11-06.txt
