Heap Space Error

I"m trying to make a ultra moon randomizer, and I keep getting the heap space error. I have the correct java version and 64 bit, and even upped the max ram in the launcher bat and config file to 6gb, and still get the error. I also get the heap space error when trying to save a Pokemon X randomizer file after i finished editing it to how i want to play. Am I just needing more ram allocated to the launcher, or am i doing something wrong?
