[Help]: cant save settings or randomized ''rom''

Describe your problem clearly: It seems the program is not able to write files and i am unsure of how to change it as it says in the safety tab of both the launcher and the program that it should be allowed to System (please fill in the following information):

  • Operating System: windows 10 (x64 based)
  • Randomizer Version: v4.6.0
