Normal Type randomly doesn't show as a secondary type. [Bug]

Bit of a weird thing I discovered when playing with types randomized is that sometimes the Normal type doesn't show up as a type when looking at it in the Pokedex or the PC. It doesn't work if the Pokemon's type is just Normal, only the secondary type. Even with Arceus, it can show up as Normal type but the type itself is something different.

(EX: A Fire/Normal type just shows up as just pure Fire type in the Pokedex and PC)
