Bug Description

When posting messages in chat in a singleplayer/LAN world (e.g. for keeping temporary notes), if NCR encryption is enabled, messages are not decrypted for the player.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a singleplayer world
  2. Enable NCR encryption
  3. Try typing a message
  4. Optionally, open the world to LAN and try sending another message

Other Information

Other mods are installed (see log for list), however I was also able to reproduce this bug with mods that modify chat disabled (Baritone, Tweakeroo, Stendhal, More Chat History). I was also able to use encrypted messages without issue on multiplayer servers.
