Editable clusterId

What happened?

As a klaw user I can modify cluster name, which breaks provided configuration. IMHO that option should be blocked or cluster name should be separated from clusterId.

What did you expect to happen?

Modification of cluster name won't affect cluster configuration provided in application.properties/envs

What else do we need to know?

Klaw 2.9.0
